While we are not the typical messenger or courier service we will provide "Executive service court runs". We definitely will not be pulling up to the courthouse or D.A.'s office on a bicycle. Because of our experience and paralegal training, our staff of Investigators will know what to look for, where to go to get it and will get it right the first time (well, hopefully). We probably can't beat the local bike courier service's price or turn around, but if you need it next day, we can retrieve copies of any file you need or a Discovery disk from a local District Attorney Office (Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas) and return them to your office the next day in most cases. Why not a courier or messenger service? Well, are they experienced with researching files? Do they know what a pleading is? Do they
know what a minute order or sentencing order is? Did they forget to get it certified? Do they know what discovery is? Are they careful about the confidential nature of the information, particularly in a criminal file?
