Muay Thai Kickboxing-Review Of Title Boxing Gloves
Instructors that teach kickboxing classes in MD know there are so many boxing gloves out there on the market that it can be difficult to spot the right pair for you. That's the reason why it's so crucial for you to shop around for boxing gloves before buying. If you are new to boxing, kickboxing, or muay thai you’ll definitely want to check out the Classic Hook-and-Loop Training Gloves from Title. What's great about these boxing gloves is that you can use them for pad work, heavy bags, and even sparring.
These boxing gloves have a lot of great features that new students will benefit from. Even if they aren’t new students to the sport they will still be able to enjoy themselves without the risk of serious injury to their hands. The Title boxing gloves are designed with a hoop and loop attachment at the wrist. It makes it easier for you to put your gloves on and take them off. You'll get some wrist support with hook and loop attachment on the glove. The boxing gloves have a leather exterior and a satin nylon interior lining.Your knuckles will have good protection from the thick inner foam. The foam is already broken in and ready to use instead of being hard and stiff like other gloves. This gloves is available in three different sizes 14oz, 16oz, and 18oz. Black, blue, and red are the colors that you can pick for these gloves. There are schools that offer self defense classes in Maryland that use the gloves for their students.
One of the best things about these gloves is the price point. The gloves are a great value in price and quality for beginners.. These are sold for $49.99; however there are times when you can catch them priced at $39.99. It's hard for most to believe that you can find value with the cheap gloves. Students who do kickboxing classes in MD have to make sure they are taking time to invest in good gloves.
Basement dojo equipment?
I am beginning to construct a basement dojo next month. It will mainly be used for development in kickboxing/karate and Brazilian jiu jitsu. It has a ton of space there is basically no limit to the amount of equipment that can be put in it. I need suggestions for what training tools I will need, here's what I have come up with so far:
Heavy bag
Speed bag
Matted floors
Skipping rope
Mirror (for shadowboxing)
Stereo speakers (for the training tunes)
Pads, gloves, sparring safety equipment
Bruce Lee posters (need that inspiration)
Pull up bar
Does anyone have anything to add onto that list that would help my training regime? I am also joining a local MMA club, this is simply to supplement my training so I have the option of practicing anywhere. I have been training shotokan karate 14 years, kickboxing 5 and BJJ 1
Listed below are some of the equipment that I think are very important items to have to help you train.
Punching Bag, or Heavy Bag- They will help to improve your technique, speed and power for both punching and kicking.
Speed Bag- helps to improve your speed and timing.
Double End Bag- great tool for improving your timing and accuracy.
Boxing Bag Gloves- to protect your hands while punching the bags.
Kettle Ball- to improve your strength.
Jump Rope- for conditioning
