Bid Good-bye To Pains And Aches Thru Yoga For Athletes
Accidents and injuries really happens in any sports. That's the reason why almost all athletes are trying so many ways on how to prevent those incidents and to better take care of themselves. Most athletes suffer from back and knee injuries and eventually are forced to quit their sport.
Nowadays, athletes found an effective exercise that will let them prevent injuries and play for many years. This workout makes them fit and healthier to play their favourite sports.
Yoga is perfect for athletes. In yoga, they will be taught the proper breathing techniques. In playing, their muscles are tight and have restricted movements because your body is contracted and is prone to injuries. Proper breathing techniques will let you loosen up those muscles and add lung capacity.
Yoga also focuses on balance, alignment and symmetry. Usually running causes severe knee pain due to uneven muscle strength. What yoga does is to work on your inside and outside, upper and lower muscles that will enhance a more stable joint. Another example, some people who loves running as a form of exercise are sometimes off balance. In this situation, your body works harder and less effective. Yoga will focus on the tight muscles and make it soft and flexible instead of weak and brittle muscles. In time, if those brittle and weak musles is not treated well it can lead to a more serious problem.
You must continue on looking for ways on how to protect yourself if you are into sports. The best recommendation is yoga for athletes. Through regular practice of yoga, your muscles will loosen-up and will give you more efficient muscles. You can now forget on pains and aches. Aside from physical benefits, athletes will also get spiritual and emotional benefits.

Is the panasonic lumix g2 any good for taking sports pictures?
I'm looking at getting the g2 as want move into more flexibility with the lenses etc. But my boyfriend is a volleyball player and likes me to take photos, and obviously it's not going to be as good as a DSLR at taking continuous photos, I just wondered if it can handle sports photos?
12.1 mp is ok. It has optical image stabilitization which is good. It has a wide iso range. Auto focus which is handy. It does have a manual focus. 1/4000 sec shutter, can do 3.2 frames per second, 720p movie mode
Should do fine. You can use the web site at the source to compare cameras. It is an easy to use like an SLR Bridge. Technically, it is a DSLR. The lens are sometimes sold separately.
Add: If you are never going to buy another set of lenses, you can do better on price/performance with one of the SLR bridge cameras. There is no optical zoom on the G2, but is a larger sensor size:

Cinedigm Acquires UFC Documentary ‘Like Water’ (Deadline Hollywood)
Cinedigm Entertainment Group has picked up _Like Water_, a documentary about
the life of Ultimate Fighting Championship star Anderson Silva, one of the
best-known figures in the growing sport of mixed martial arts. Lionsgate will
handle domestic ancillary distribution, and Cinedigm will release the doc
theatrically in the summer. The film, directed by first-time director Pablo
Croce, played this year at Tribeca. Cinedigm has been expanding into
independent films for its digital exhibition business, recently signalling it
is a formidable buyer of indie fare with a theatrical distribution deal with
New Video announced at Sundance. The company, which also specializes in
distributing alternate content in theaters, also recently announced a one-day
U.S. premiere on March 1 of this year's Slamdance opener _No Room For
Rockstars_ before making the rock 'n' roll doc available on iTunes and DVD.
"It was clear that Cinedigm's platform and distribution strategy was the best
way to showcase [_Like Water_] for audiences,” said Kevin Iwashina, Managing
Partner of Preferred Content, who made the deal announced today. “I am excited
that there is not only a new, active buyer in the marketplace, but one that
understands the changing ways in which consumers digest their ...
