I was thinking of getting the Nike Zoom Jana Star III or the Saucony Shay XC 2 Spike. I will use them for track AND cross country running. I'm a young girl. My feet are pretty narrow, and I need something with good cushion and support. and it NEEDS to be good for cross country and track. Thanks!
