What is the best way/method to go about doing the pec fly machine?
Hello,
Part of my routine is using the pec fly machine when I go to the gym. However I do not seem to be getting much out of it compared to other methods I use to target the chest area. I have come to the conclusion that perhaps I am doing it wrong?
My question is--just to double-check--what is the right way/method of doing the pec fly and getting the most out of it?
well to be quite honest machines are for the most part useless. to much support and because of that it does not activate all the muscles in the particular area. to properly do it follow the link i provide below. however i do not care for the pec deck machine. do it on the cable cross machine. it requires more control and engages other parts to stabilize.
