While we are not the typical messenger or courier service we will provide "Executive service court runs". We definitely will not be pulling up to the courthouse or D.A.'s office on a bicycle. Because of our experience and paralegal training, we do know what to look for, where to go to get it and will get it right the first time (well, hopefully). We probably can't beat the local bike courier service's price or turn around, but if you need it next day, we can retrieve copies of any file you need and return them to your office the next day in most cases. Why not a courier or messenger service? Well, are they experienced with researching files? Do they know what a pleading is? Do they know what a minute order or sentencing order is? Did they forget to get it certified?

While computers may be similar in appearance and operation, the databases within them are typically as unique as you and I. It takes experience and creativity to successfully manipulate the data for thorough and accurate results.
We perform simple individual record searches as well as have provided clients with statewide searches that entailed hands-on research in nearly every county of the State.
Due to the high volume and public demand placed on many government entities, obtaining copies of pertinent legal documents can be arduous and time-consuming. With the valuable experience we have gained retrieving documents for more than 15 years, we can eliminate the hassles typically involved in dealing with the government, saving you money and precious time.
We can access a wide range of records from various counties within our State.

COLORADO COURT RECORDS
|

As of February 25, 2002 searches for case information about open or closed (but not sealed) matters from Colorado district and county courts can be made. Types of cases covered by the database include civil, domestic relations, water, traffic, small claims, as well as, felonies and misdemeanors. Certain records will not always be found on on-line databases such as cases pertaining to probate, mental health and juvenile matters. Nor can social security numbers or street addresses be found.
Other public records available are business information records (Trade name filings as well as Corporate name filings and registered agents), divorces, marriages, UCC liens, and the Social Security Death Index.

COLORADO CRIMINAL RECORDS

DID YOU KNOW? There is no national criminal database available to those outside of law enforcement. The NCIC is not for public use. Any PI or Process Server who states that there is a National warrants database or National criminal record repository should be used with caution. Proper due diligence should be used when conducting a criminal background history. This procedure should require manual research in the respective county or counties from where the individual subject lives or has resided.
As of June 7, 2002, credible Statewide criminal record histories can now be made. This should however, also be approached with caution and only be used as a tool, a starting place combined with manual court record research of the actual respective court's file. You must have a complete name, date of birth, and or Social security number and have a permissible reason to have this search conducted. Our Statewide criminal history record Provides information "based on fingerprint submissions from law enforcement agencies within the State of Colorado. [It does] not ... disclose information from other state or federal databases. Warrant information, sealed records, and juvenile records are not available to the public. To locate information regarding registered sex offenders, you must contact your local law enforcement agency."

An example of some types of Searches;
Bring-to-date - search to determine if there are items filed of record in order to bring a property search as current as possible.
Document Locate - search to determine if a particular item has been recorded.
Last Deed - search to locate the most recent conveyance of a property.
Property Report - O&E typically includes current owner, liens

FEES/PRICING:

If we are going to a Downtown Denver courthouse, Arapahoe, or Jefferson, or Department of Motor Vehicle, we will generally be able to perform our services at a flat rate fee of $45.00 plus copy or filing fee expenses. If it is a file which needs copied from the U.S. District Court, or a file from the basement of the City & County of Denver, our fees will be billed at an hourly rate to help cover our parking fees and time spent waiting to use their copier plus copy fees at their rate of .25 cents per page.
