Will This Workout Harm Me At All?

I'm only 12 so I want to ask if this workout will do any harm to me or my height. I'm 5 foot 1" and 100 pounds. I'm in the school NRL (rugby) team.

Here is my plan:

Day 1: Legs, abs, arms - Squats, seated/standing calf raises, leg raises, crunches, bicep curls, triceps curls, wrist curls/ reverse, pocket squashes. (Exercise .1)

Day 2: Rest

Day 3: Chest, back, shoulders - Bench press, military press, lateral raises, dumbbell shrugs, weighted dips. (Exercise .2)

Day 4: Rest

Day 5: Exercise .1

Day 6: Exercise .2

Day 7: Rest

All exercises 3 sets - 10 reps
10 min cardio skip or steps

i think it should be okay as long as you dont over do it with weight lifting because that is what stops your growth.

you should wait till you a bit older before you start n the weights because you are still at a age where you are growing.
