sorry to say but i really don't know the answer to that one, but i can say this, it's an expensive waste of time! i tried some of those things once and after your first pouch of jelly is gone you have to go to great lengths to buy more. The other thing of note, that to get really good abs, the secret is to do a full body workout, you'll burn more calories that way and also raise your metabolism higher too, check here for some great free videos.
