Before workouts i usually have something high in carbs and afterwards i have a 45 gram protein shake and then another 45 gram protein shake before going to bed. I'm 17 years old, 5'8, and weigh 130 lbs so im trying to put on some lean muscle weight, so let me know what you think:

MONDAY AND THURSDAY- chest and triceps
bench press
incline bench press

TUESDAY AND FRIDAY- biceps and shoulders

haha no im not training for the olympics. But each workout only takes an hour or so to do so i dont think its that time consuming but whatever you say I guess lol.
